Great opportunity for experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join an expanding IT company.
Working as part of their customer service team you will be the primary interface between the company and their customers whilst adhering to SLAs, commercial and satisfaction targets.
Duties will include:
* Building strong relationships with customers, managing the end to end customer service experience, including taking ownership of issues through to resolution
* Recording customer interaction, completion of monthly reporting stats and the collation of monthly billing information
* Working in a commercially efficient manner i.e., timely returns, economic couriers etc.
The successful Customer Service Coordinator must be enthusiastic, passionate about their work, commercially aware and possess strong IT skills. Previous customer service experience, an excellent telephone manner and first class interpersonal / communication skills essential. You must also be a good organiser / planner who can prioritise and use initiative to resolve problems.
Previous experience within the IT industry would be a real advantage.
Our client is currently reviewing their patterns of working to enable them to fulfil the coverage that they offer their customers so you must be flexible and open to working shift patterns which will include standard day shifts, evenings, and weekends (37.5 hours a week)
They work a 3-shift system over 7 days between the hours of 6 am and 10 pm (37.5 hours per week) so access to your own transport is preferable. They pay an additional unsociable hours bonus of GBP1 per hour for all hours worked between the hours of 6 am to 7 am and 7pm to 10 pm.
