Mech Tech are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our well-established Engineering Client based in Bedwas, Caerphilly.
Working as part of a small and friendly team you will be responsible for:
* Raise purchase invoices, including coding and allocating costs to the appropriate area
* Raising Purchase requisitions for approval
* Matching Invoices to POs
* Dealing with large transaction volume accounts
* General filing
The ideal Purchase ledger clerk will have:
* Previous Purchase Ledger experience
* Knowledge of Pegasus Opera or accounting software
* Great organisation skills
* Good attention to detail
Full training and support will be provided.
You will be employed on a temporary basis for 12 weeks after this a permanent position will be offered whereby hours and pay are negotiable with the client.
