THE COMPANY:
Brewster Partners are recruiting for a Sales & Events Administrator to support the commercial team at a professional sports club.
THE JOB:
The Sales & Events Administrator is a key role, supporting the commercial team with administration, ensuring events and conferences are successfully managed.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
Support the commercial team with a range of administrative duties
Booking hospitality and conference events
Preparing all documentation for match days
Liaise with catering to provide refreshments, completing required paperwork
Process invoices and payments
Organise meetings
Provide excellent customer service at all times
THE PERSON:
As the successful Sales & Events Administrator you will have excellent communication skills and have relevant experience of working under pressure in a fast paced industry.
It is desirable for you to have worked in an events, hospitality or leisure industry previously within an administration based role.
Experience of CRM/Events booking systems
Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport
Organised, high attention to detail
Strong administration skills
Efficient in using Microsoft Office
Strong team ethic
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Salary up to GBP19,500pa
