A new opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a progressive Interiors and Construction business, on the back of growth and secured pipeline of work well into 2022.
The Role
As Quantity Surveyor working for the company's highly successful and established Interiors division, you will be based from their offices near York and carry out quantity surveying duties for fit out schemes typically ranging in value from GBP100k - GBP500k, for a varied and long standing customer base of blue chip clients across Retail, Leisure and Commercial sectors.
Requirements
* The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record as Quantity Surveyor in a Contracting environment, ideally within the Fit Out and Interiors sectors.
* Construction related qualification, ideally HND or above.
* Teamwork, good communication skills.
