Are you a natural communicator who has a friendly approach and confidence on the telephone? Do you have previous outbound Customer Service experience?
We are seeking 2 - 3 individuals for a warm lead generation exercise, working for a wellness centre, to contact lapsed Clients and to encourage them to return to the establishment post covid. You will be going through information, verifying details, sound natural and definitely not too pushy. (Persuasion and influence win the day in this role)
You will be a good listener and able to strike up rapport quickly, whilst keeping the object of the exercise in mind (ie you're not just phoning people for a catch-up and a pointless conversation) You'll sound non-prescriptive and natural, and you are definitely not pushy - more persuasive!
Full training to be given, and you must be a driver to be considered for the role
Monday - Friday 9 - 5 or 11 - 7. Onsite parking
25 days holiday (equiv) 45 minute lunch / stakeholder pension
