Construction Managers - Super Prime Residential Fit Out
Cotswolds
GBP250 - GBP300 per day

Fixed Term Contract
Our client is looking to appoint passionate and committed Construction Managers for a major fit out on a super prime property in the Cotswolds.
As one of four Construction Managers that they require, your responsibility will be to manage a variety of internal packages on a day to day basis to help the team deliver the GBP60m scheme by the summer of 2023.
The project is the complete fit out of a 60,000 sq. ft. building including a 4,000 sq. ft. basement, and landscaping to an extremely high standard and finish.
You will need to be a committed individual with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges faced with such a large-scale programme of works.
In your role your duties will include:
•Adhering strict company health & safety & Covid -19 policies
•Quality Control to the highest standard
•Manage of the internal and trade sub-contractors
•Liaising with authorities and technical team
Your experience should include:
•Major prime high-end residential projects from GBP10m - GBP100m
•Time spent with previous employers, ideally GBP5m - GBP10m turnover in size.
•Able to demonstrate commitment in being involved in projects from start to completion
•Preferably, a trade qualification such as carpentry and joinery
