Buckinghamshire County Council, require experienced social workers to join their Team. Immediate start with an on-going contract. Paying GBP35ph
10 x QSW vacancies in the Adults Safeguarding team
3 x QSW vacancies in the Hospital Discharge team
You will need to have strong post qualified experience in Adult social care and have experience undertaking Mental Capacity Assessment, Reviewing Care Plans and Care Act Assessments.
