GBP9.50 Per hour (Full-time, Permanent)
Do you have experience in hospitality and an enthusiasm for the food and beverage industry?
I'm working with an extravagant hotel in Stamford, currently looking for a full-time, permanent front of house, food and beverage supervisor to join their busy, friendly, front of house team. Set on the border of the magnificent Burghley Park, this quirky 27-bedroom hotel offers a stunning 2 rosette restaurant, bar and terrace as well as catering for weddings, conferences and social events in our various function rooms, marquee and gardens.
Requirements:
FOH Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and day shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager
Supervising the floor during meal periods to ensure that standards and steps of service are met through all guests' interactions.
Ensuring that checklists, and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
Communicate effectively, to provide clear direction to the staff.
Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
Remain calm and alert, especially during heavy hotel activity, serving as a role model for the staff and other hotel employees.
Ensure basic standard operating procedures for all outlets are in place and are compiled by.
