Cubed Talent are working with our client; a well-established group of SME manufacturing organisations with an esteemed reputation for manufacturing a large range of products across the hospitality, medical, manufacturing, retail, mortuary, and many others industries. They are now looking for a QHSE Manager to join their team in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.
The role will involve leading on all aspects of QHSE across this thriving manufacturing group of companies.
As QHSE Manager you will be accountable for:
Improving existing systems and processes to support growth and developing the culture regarding Quality, Health & Safety and Environment business wide.
Conducting quality failure investigations and ensuring actions are closed off within a PDCA process.
Reviewing and developing the risk assessments.
Customer and supplier returns process and claims procedure.
Accident and incident investigations with root cause analysis.Requirements:
Qualified to IOSH/NEBOSH standard within Health and Safety.
Experience in improving systems and processes.
Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
In depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001.Salary: Up to GBP35,000 per annum
