Are you a Technical Co-ordinator with Residential experience within the Newcastle / Gateshead area, looking to work for a stable and well known company then this is the role for you!

We are looking for a 1 year FTC - with a high chance of going permanent, Technical Co-ordinator / Design Co-ordinator to join a leading residential client.

Agile workingResponsibilities

General administration duties to support the TPM, including processing invoices,
updating records, and document control.
Assist with communication and provision of documents, to facilitate handover to
Management Companies or Managing Agents.
Support the TPM with handover of affordable housing units to Registered Providers, including production of Health & Safety files, individual plot folders, and responding toenquiries from the RP.
Tendering and appointing design Consultants.
Reviewing draft drawings, plans and reports and providing comment.
Liaise with colleagues, consultants and local authorities, responding to queries in a timely manner.
Discharge of planning conditions, including adhering to strict deadlines, effective management of enquiries and monitoring timeframes.
Reviewing and monitoring Section 106 obligations, ensuring compliance with trigger points.
