A friendly, adaptable candidate with excellent customer service skills to work in a fast paced environment.
Key skills for a successful applicant will be:
* A quick learner who can pick up new IT systems and databases quickly
* Experience working in a busy customer service environment
* An excellent telephone manner
* Happy to follow process and not deterred by repetitive tasks
* Excellent attention to detail
* Customer focussed and results driven
* Logical, trustworthy, selfmotivated and conscientious.
The position will involve taking a large amount of calls from existing clients wanting to renew their memberships and any other queries they may have.
The perfect candidate will be flexible and adaptable.
