Linscio are currently recruiting for a A Multiskilled Maintenance Technician or Fabric Technician, required to carry out maintenance across commercial and retail sites within the Enfield area.
As a skilled Maintenance Technician/Fabric Technician, you will be a hands-on technician with experience in facilities management maintenance delivery.
Additionally, you will be responsible for, but not limiting to:
Complete Emergency Lighting testing, Lamp Changing and Water Hygiene tap checks.
Undertake various tasks including basic plumbing, fabric maintenance, decoration, bricklaying, carpentry, flooring repairs, painting and decorating.
Deliver pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks
Deliver excellent customer service resulting in asset uptime, first time fix and quality workmanship
Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements and adhere to best working practices
Attend training courses as and when necessary to develop your technical knowledge and skills in line with business requirements To be successful and considered for this role, you must have but not limited to:
Experience in fabrics maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, bricklaying, painting and decorating with ideally a qualification in carpentry, plumbing or time-served tradesman
Experience of working within a Maintenance environment or working for a maintenance contractor in a commercial or retail or supermarket environment
Experience of working within a customer facing, time pressured environment
