Sales Support Advisor

Our client based in Wellingborough is recruiting a Sales Support Advisor on a permanent basis. Reporting in to the MD, this role will involve:-

Handling inbound calls and emails
Making outbound calls to generate sales enquiries, source projects, advise of promotions, new products and build relationships
Up selling and cross-selling on the phone
Quoting / Quote tracking with pipeline reports
All aspects of sales account management
General Administration work
CRM management
Annual stock take support
Other additional duties associated with sales and customer service as might be deemed necessaryThe successful candidate will possess the following skills/behaviours:-
