Job Title: Sous Chef
Location: Brighton
Salary: up to GBP23k per annum
Full time
3 month temporary assignment
Our client has a brand new Restaurant situated on the promenade of Brighton's Famous seafront. They are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a fast paced busy environment in our brand new open plan kitchen.
They are looking for a well organised highly motivated individual with a passion for food to join our enthusiastic team. As the Sous Chef you will work alongside the Head Chef of the premises to manage the daily kitchen duties.
Responsibilities:
Directs food preparation and collaborates with the Head Chef
Helps in the design of food and drink menu.
Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste.
Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.
Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
Requirements:
Experience of working as a Sous Chef
Organisational skills.
Self-motivated
Management
