Youth Worker - Needed asap in Wakefield
Do you enjoy being a role model to younger aged pupils? Are you able to build relationships quickly and get stuck in? Do you have the desire to make a real difference? If so, I want to hear from you straight away!
Here at Veritas Education, I am working with a Specialist SEN Unit in Wakefield who are looking for enthusiastic and forward thinking individuals that can build relationships up with challenging youths and support any escalating behaviour that may occur in class.
The ideal candidate:
Can-do attitude to hit the ground running
Someone who can build relationships - especially with the boys
Sporty role model
Not be put off by challenging behaviourIf you are looking to start straight away and go into a permanent contract, this would be the ideal opportunity as the school are looking to take on permanent members of staff straight away.
