Driving Instructor Opportunity - Norfolk - Up to GBP35,000 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for an approved Driving Instructor to join our well-respected, family run local driving school, United Driving Tuition.
Earning up to GBP35,000 per year, this opportunity offers part time or full time work within your local Norfolk area, allowing you to choose your own hours and be your own boss. We provide diary management, administrative support, advertising and accounting services. We are also able to provide a car if required.

Established in 1995, United Driving Tuition has taught countless people of all ages and backgrounds the art of safe driving, from complete beginners to advanced driving tuition. We pride ourselves on having a good reputation with all of our training being conducted in a relaxed, friendly and patient manner.
With a very high national and local pass rate, which is backed up with official DSA figures, we are looking for instructors who can grow with our reputable company to continue achieving and helping students to pass.
Role Responsibilities:
* Planning one-to-one lessons that are tailored to individual students' needs
* Ensuring a safe learning environment at all times
* Providing instruction on the parts and functions of a vehicle, and on-road regulations
* Teaching practical skills related to all aspects of driving
* Helping students to develop confidence in their driving skills
* Gaining control of the vehicle during emergency situations
* Documenting and reporting students' progress
* Preparing students for their theory test
* Advising students when they are ready to take their driving test
* Reporting all accidents to the Head of the driving school
* Maintaining the professional standards for Driving Instructors set by the DVSA
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* A current Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) badge is essential
* Reputable experience as a driving instructor with a good success rate of helping students pass
* Must have a full DBS
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Trustworthy with good people skills
* Able to tailor instructions to meet the needs of each individual student
* Excellent coaching and problem solving skills
* Patience and enthusiasm
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
