Software Trainer Solutions Consultant

Our client is a market leading digital solutions provider who are looking for an experienced software trainer and solutions consultant. This is a great opportunity for a strong team player with a background in teaching people to use web application software. This role will involve validating new software features and solutions to then designing training courses for them and producing training material for e-learning course as direct customised delivery to clients!

Skills

* Strong commercial experience in designing training courses for web application software;

* Writing training materials for online courses, e-Learning, and direct delivery to clients.

* Experience with enterprise level Training on Content Management Systems (CMS) e.g. Joomla, Drupal, Sitecore, Umbraco

Ideal

* A good understanding of how websites work in general,

* Experience in validating new software features or solutions from a usability point of view;

* Experience working with Accessibility tools and testing frameworks;

* Understanding of Information Architecture techniques, especially within website and user interface design

* Experience with ISO 9001 certified processes
