Key Responsibility Areas

* Collate payroll information from clients

* Input payroll data into bespoke system

* Produce invoices

* Monitor bank account and reconcile invoices and payments

* Process a daily payroll

* Release payments to clients

* Send pay information to clients

* Send RTI to HMRC

* Complete HMRC paperwork requiring payroll information

* Manage the expense process

* Deal with any client queries that arise

Requirements

* Excellent Excel ability

* Good customer service skills

* Professional Appearance

* Excellent organisation skills

* Payroll knowledge

It would be nice if you have previous industry knowledge but not essential.
