Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading international professional services company in the recruitment of a German speaking Immigration Co-ordinator.
This permanent role will be based in the Sheffield office, however will support and work closely with their teams in Frankfurt, Germany.
The German speaking Immigration Coordinators are part of the European Shared Services team in Sheffield and support the Consultants and Senior Consultants in Frankfurt. They are an extremely friendly and supportive team to join with people of all ages and backgrounds and all speaking fluent German.
The Immigration Coordinator helps to provide exceptional levels of business support to a wide range of clients by supporting the Frankfurt office and the Associates and Consultants in an administrative capacity. They are exposed to a full range of immigration processes and administrative tasks including:
* Draft immigration applications in German
* Draft support letters
* Maintain databases and client folders up to date
* Save and upload case related documents and government decisions onto the database
* Identify embassies / consulates in charge for a specific assignee
* Draft emails to provide updates on all immigration matters
* Check appointment availability at embassy / consulate
* Participate in case audits
* Rename and downsize documents, request company set up
* Create client care letters
* Take on any additional projects as required
To be successful in this role you will have strong administrative and data entry skills, this can be taken from either previous work experience or educational background. You will be comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills. This role requires a high level of German language, ideally C level, but at least B2.
