JOB TITLE: Studio Coordinator

HOURS: 09.00am - 18:00pm

SALARY: GBP22,000 - GBP23,000 pa.

They currently have an opening for a vibrant, energetic and experienced Studio Coordinator to join their expanding and talented team. Someone with the maturity to manage the studio and staff with both care and a solution-orientated imagination. Additionally, the ideal person will have the natural enthusiasm to participate in any task thrown at them.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

?? Respond to all building matters and determine the appropriate remedies

?? You will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of studio presentation and representing the company in client correspondence

?? Provide support and assistance to the Account Managers, Directors and Designers in the London and Sydney studios

?? You will be planning and executing events of various scale for staff and clients (virtual and in person once safe to do so)

?? Booking and liaising with venues, entertainers, and transport; both domestic and international

?? Ensure the studio is compliant with all Health and Safety, First Aid and Fire Marshall requirements

?? Documenting studio expenses to maintaining operations; reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions; and managing records, receipts and preparation of balance sheets

?? General reception duties

?? Tasks such as scheduling meetings, controlling inventory, research and naming, clerical tasks, ad hoc duties, training temporary staff and overseeing work experience students and interns in the Summer Programme

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

?? Enthusiasm and confidence

?? Ability to work as part of a team and independently

?? Experience in organising/coordinating events

?? Experience with Macs and Apple software/applications

?? Extremely well presented

?? Demonstrable experience of dealing with all levels of staff, up to and including board members

?? Problem Solving
