I am recruiting for 1 x CDP for afternoon shift 2pm to 10pm 1 x CDP for nights 10pm to 6am - no spilt shifts
Create meals following recipes ensuring high quality at all times
Raise any problems with the Sous chef immediately
Complete all paper work
Ensure portion control is adhered to and wastage is minimum
