Gap personnel is recruiting for Despatch Operatives for one of our food manufacturing clients based at the outskirts of Diss in Norfolk.
Our client is a well known Food Manufacturing Plant and due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit Despatch Operatives to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Duties for the Despatch Operative will include:
• Order picking using handhold scanners
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Manual lifting of crates, trays and boxes
• Operating various MHE - PPT, LLOP, Flexi/Bendi
• Comply with all Health and Safety and Companies policies and procedures
Requirements:
• All candidates must be flexible, reliable and have a positive attitude.
• Own transport is required due to rural location and shift pattern
• Candidates must be willing and prepared to work in chilled environment 0??C
• Previous order picking or similar experience would be an advantage
• Previous experience using PPT, LLOP would be an advantage
• Flexi/Bendi licence would be an advantage

Working days:
- Rotating: 4on / 4 off shift days only

- Pay rate: GBP10/h + GBP3 bonus for night shift
