Our client, who is based in the Public Sector, has a requirement for an Administration Officer. This is a temporary role and is based in Hamilton area. This role attracts a pay rate of GBP10.84 per hour and is up to end September, with a possible extension. Hours of work will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
This role requires a Standard Disclosure Scotland dated within last 12 months.
Duties
Carry out registration of any new applications within set timescales. Schedule individual cases to a hearing within the set timescales. Deal with individual cases in line with set processes.
Collate all relevant case information, liaising with external stakeholders and the President's Office as necessary.
Answer relevant case related queries via telephone, letter and email. Action any incoming mail within appropriate timescales.
Complete necessary intimation of scheduled hearings including appropriate documentation within set timescales.
General administration tasks as required.
Attend fortnightly Legal Case Management meetings with the Judiciary, providing accurate and up to date information on live cases.

Provides support and consistently accurate advice to customers.
Manage time and a varied workload, to meet set deadlines; be flexible; support and promote change
Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and assertiveness in dealing with difficult customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, pays attention to detail and has the ability to multi task.
Proficient in Microsoft packages (Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel in particular)
