Due to exciting growth, we are currently on the lookout for an experienced Recruiter with a specialism in central functions, to join us on an initial fixed term contract.
You will be working as a dedicated member of our client's in-house TA team, supporting their Central Functions division across a range of roles from Sales, Admin, Finance, HR and IT. Confidence is key in dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
Location: Fleet, Hampshire - a mixture of remote and office-based working
Salary: GBP30-40k per annum
Contract: 6 months with the potential to extend
If you have experience of either in-house or agency recruitment and are looking for an opportunity to gain more exposure and build on your existing specialist skillset, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
Day to day, you will be working as a member of our client's in-house TA team, supporting with the full 360 process from taking briefs, writing adverts, CV searching across the job boards and LinkedIn, carrying out initial telephone screening, arranging interviews and working closely with hiring managers.
You will ideally be exposed to a number of applicant tracking systems in order to work effectively across our client's system. You will also enjoy setting the example for best practice within their internal processes, helping to fill a range of roles across their Central division.
Our ideal candidate will have/be;
Previous 360 recruitment experience - in-house or agency.
A specialism in Central/Corporate functions
Strong administrative skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Any additional experience with a CRM/ATS or database would be beneficial.
A confident approach to communicating with stakeholders and candidates via phone and email.
A self-starter, with the ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
Comfortable to work both remotely and in the offices where required.
