If you are an experienced data analyst who enjoys working with data, problem-solving and provides excellent customer service - you belong at Bromford.

As a property data analyst with us, you will provide advanced IT support and technical knowledge of housing and data systems and ensure the most effective use of data to drive and monitor performance and provide assurance across the business. The role will also support the effective delivery of the stock condition survey and data collation programme.

We want you to support the implementation of new modules within data systems ensuring they meet the business requirements of Bromford, maintaining data integrity across the home investment and asset compliance function. You will be responsible for the upkeep of effective data to support future investment decisions, i.e. property disposal, home investment and regeneration.

You will mmaintain and report on property energy data across Bromford assets, assist the Property Data Manager in the project management and implementation of data systems across the business. You will also lead testing work for new systems, modules, releases, interfaces, and other changes affecting asset systems.

We want you to be somebody who has:

Specific in-depth knowledge of data management systems, with knowledge and awareness of the measures to ensure robust approach to asset planning and asset compliance.
Experience of delivering an asset-based business support service.
Experience of working with and implementing integrated application and data systems.
Relevant IT qualification in respect of system and data management or demonstrable experience
A flexible working attitude with time and demonstrated reliability
Extensive knowledge of system management and reporting.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of Housing or property management sectors beneficial
Believes in our DNA and will be a great ambassador for Bromford.This is a roaming role so will involve remote working and working from home. Depending on your location, your base location can be our Lichfield, Wolverhampton, Tewkesbury or Chipping Sodbury office.

Consideration will be given to anyone with experience working in roles such as data analyst, BI analyst, data analyst, data administrator and/or business data analyst, amongst others.
