Responsibilities

* Formulate a functional marketing plan for social media, blog writing and email campaigns, with clear objectives and KPIs

* Pro-actively create engaging content for print and online digital platforms

* Drive engagement through social media channels

* Measure web traffic and monitor SEO

* Stay up-to-date with changes in marketing and all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness

* Be the go to person for knowledge of social medial delivering optimal results for campaigns

* Develop and deliver reports to demonstrate ROI and KPIs achieved

* Oversee social media accounts

* Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels and marketing campaigns

* Complete competitor analysis and provide a report on the findings

* Support with multiple projects at the same time

* CRM uploads and maintenance

Skills:

* Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing and social media, ideally with experience in a financial or professional services environment

* Proven work experience as a marketing executive

* Expertise in multiple social media platforms

* Knowledge of SEO and keyword research

* Ability to deliver creative content with the ability to implement an idea from conception through to completion

* Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels

* Excellent communication skills

* Multitasking and analytical skills

* Experience meeting and exceeding digital marketing KPIs

* Ability to work individually and manage workload effectively

* Good attention to detail
