A leading Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Coordinator to join their Contract team in Central London. This is a permanent opportunity within a fast growing organisation, and has a Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm working week. The role is paying between GBP27,000 - GBP30,000 plus bonus plus benefits.

Description

You will need to get the best results out of others by openly communicating and influencing. You will be responsible for reporting on a regional based teams' performance and delivering this data to the wider business.

Key duties include:

Gather relevant and specific information and present to informed decision makers
Actively seek to improve working practices and customers service where possible
Performance monitor the property management contract via reported KPI's
Analysis/Collating data across a wide variety of internal and external sources
Team performance (KPI) reporting
Contractor and third-party reporting
Managing and assigning tasks assigned to various areas of the business
Reporting to Head of Contracts on Microsoft Project
Collating, creating and validating works orders
Generating purchase orders for new works
Managing necessary databases and systems
Produce regular updates to the team on operational performance and wider trends, identifying areas for improvement.
Working collaboratively with colleagues from acquisitions, sales, delivery and housing management.
Working with external stakeholders in the provision of weekly/monthly performance data.
Provide your manager and team business and performance data/data analysis and commentary as required for contract management meetings.
Organise team meetings
Flag any issues for escalation that you identify as part of reporting and performance monitoring.
Maintain and strengthen good working relationships with other departments. This includes Assets, Contracts, Housing and Development.Profile

The successful candidate will have:

Have contract/client management experience
Have a genuine interest in housing
Previously worked with KPI's and performance reporting
