S&L Personnel are a recruitment business and we, are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to work on the folder/ gluer machine operator for our client based in Hinckley. S&L Personnel have been supporting local business in the area and we would love to hear from you!
This is a temp-perm role offering a great working environment within an established team. If you have experience as a gluer/folder machine operator then take a look at the details below and apply.
Key Responsibilities;
Finishing carton production to the to the highest standard in line with BRC Accreditation
Producing and assessing products against the quality and specifications set.
Good maintenance of the equipment
Completing tasks in the correct turnaround times with high level of accuracy
Diagnosing and correcting running faults in a timely manner
Please note, you will be required to learn what the job entails from scratch, so the first 1-2 weeks might not be on the machines. This is so you have a full understanding of the role before working on the machines.
This role is a rotating shift 6am to 2pm then 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday
