Machine Operator- Training Provided
S&L Personnel are a recruitment business and we are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to work on the folder/ gluer machines for our client based in Hinckley. S&L Personnel have been supporting local business in the area and we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities;
Finishing carton production to the to the highest standard in line with BRC Accreditation
Producing and assessing products against the quality and specifications set.
Good maintenance of the equipment
Completing tasks in the correct turnaround times with high level of accuracy
Diagnosing and correcting running faults in a timely manner
Training;
The training shifts are Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00. This will be for up to 4 weeks.
Once fully trained, you will go onto a rotating shift of 06:00-14:00, then 14:00-22:00 Monday to Friday.
Please note, you will be required to learn what the job entails from scratch, so the first 1-2 weeks might not be on the machines. This is so you have a full understanding of the role before working on the machines.
