Customer Service Advisor
Full time/ permanent
Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6pm
Salary: GBP16,575 - GBP17,374.50 pa (lower amount if under 22 years old)
Ascendant Recruitment are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our established client based in Kettering. This is a telephony customer service role. We are looking for people with demonstrable customer service skills, be that office or retail. You must be confident and willing to answer/ make telephone calls (all customer service related).
In this role you will make outbound calls and will answer inbound calls. This is a contact centre environment. THIS IS NOT SALES.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues in the field.
Will be comfortable on the phone and working in a contact centre
Previous customer service and administrative experience.
Logical thinking, and an aptitude for problem solving
Strong prioritisation skills, focused on meeting targets
Ability to be part of a team, working in collaboration with your colleagues
A good working knowledge of diary management products
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Will be IT literate
