Senior Social Media Executive

Brilliant opportunity to own the social media strategy and be'go to' person for all things social.

We are looking for someone self-motivated to manage this well known company's social channels, researching and analysing the trends and ways to improve presence and campaign efficiency. You will also be responsible for replying to and reporting on customer queiries via social media platforms and customer review websites.

Duties include -

Create and deliver a social media and content strategy plan

*

Manage, maintain and report on all company social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

*

Manage, maintain and report on customer reporting platforms Google reviews, TrustPilot and Reviews.io.

*

Deliver fast and efficient social media customer service

*

Develop an in-depth understanding of our digital content strategy

*

Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts

*

Coordinate social media messaging with the wider Marketing Department.

*

Carry out regular competitor analysis and social listening.

*

Understand and manage social budgets.

Skills and experience:

Strong Social Media Background

Confident with social media content strategy building

*

Experience in dealing with customers

*

Creative mindset

*

Experience in social media reporting

*

Experience working with other marketing departments, such as PR, SEO and Website

*

Experience in working with customer review platforms such as Trustpilot, reviews,io or Google reviews
