Overview
As a result of the construction and civil engineering sector's resilience, and the continued investment in its growth, NovaWorx are looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our growing team.
Key responsibilities
* Account management of some existing house accounts
* Sourcing candidates for a variety of vacancies, in varying geographical locations
* Using job boards to source candidates and advertise roles.
* Maintenance and growth of database.
* Dealing with client enquiries, identifying their needs, and explaining how we can meet them.
* Managing the recruitment process from qualification of the role to the day the candidate commences employment.
* Ensuring that best practice is followed and that all compliance documents are received, checked and stored.
Suitability for the role
* Have at least 1 years' experience within construction or industrial recruitment.
* Enjoy working to targets.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Personable.
* Driven and self-motivated.
* Good IT skills.
* Hardworking and a can-do attitude.
