Job Description
As a Supplier Compliance Lead, you will manage supplier evaluations and re-evaluations in support of supplier's approval and will ensure that key supplier related risks are identified and managed.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Engage with suppliers to recover expired compliance documents e.g. Insurance, ISO's
Access and download from JOSCAR (Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register) supplier compliance data
Engage with expired suppliers to provide compliance data for BAE approvals
Evaluate / validate supplier compliance data for gaps, omissions and errors and feedback to the supplier to get key gaps rectified
Process supplier data in the Supplier Compliance database to ensure 100% validation of key elements and 100% completeness of the data inputs (audit ready)
Liaise with the Programme / Project Supply Chain teams, to ensure Forms are completed authorised and approved in line with Supplier Evaluation, Approval and Deactivation Process

Experience of Procurement / Supply Chain Department
Awareness of Supplier Compliance requirements e.g quality, health, safety, environment, product safety, export control assurance and regulatory compliance
Excel, Word, PowerPoint intermediate knowledge and practice
Good interpersonal skills
Good time management skills
Timely and accurate data processing skills
Strong communicator, able to effectively influence and communicate at peer and management levels, internally and externallyAdditional Information
