About the role
We are now recruiting for a Neighbourhood Administrator to provide administrative and front line support to the Neighbourhood Teams, including Housing Officers, Tenancy Sustainment Officers, Community Involvement Officers and Team Managers. You will work collaboratively with Lettings, Housing Officers and Customer Accounts to ensure that the Lettings targets are met, relevant checks are completed, and legal documents are accurately prepared.
Within this role, you will provide an excellent service to all existing and new GreenSquareAccord customers regardless of tenure and create a positive and professional first impression of GreenSquareAccord.
You will be responsible for completing a variety of detailed tasks with the utmost accuracy. You are the main point of contact for new customers at the beginning of their journey with GreenSquareAccord. Liaison with internal teams is essential for ensuring an excellent customer experience.
About you
It is essential that you have strong administration skills and have the ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment with conflicting priorities. You must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with a wide range of people.
You will have demonstrable ability to manage multiple calendars to ensure that targets are met and that visits are managed to make best use of time and value for money.
It is essential for this role that you are able to prioritise; manage own workload and team workload to meet tight deadlines.
