You will be based at The Woodlands, Telford, TF7 5QZ. You'll be working with some of our younger customers aged 16+, working the night shift on Wednesdays (8pm - 9am) at our 24-hour scheme. The role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.

Day to day you will be responsible for monitoring the safety and security of the building, identifying and highlighting risks, and escalating issues to the right people. Responding quickly and efficiently to any potential incidents, recording them accurately and finding solution will also be an important part of the role. We are looking for someone who will help create a customer-focused and welcoming environment, designing and providing tailored support to customers based on an assessment of needs, and adapting appropriately to suit individual customers.

We want somebody who:

Has a positive can-do attitude to deliver outstanding customer service
Demonstrates consistent integrity, trust and fairness whilst embracing equality and diversity
Confident overseeing site safety and safe working practices, complying with health and safety requirements
Ability to build relationships with customers whilst maintaining professional boundaries If you have previous experience as a night concierge, security worker, young persons' support worker, residential support worker or something similar, we'd love to hear from you.

A place to be you!

Being able to express yourself at work helps you connect with people and gives you the freedom to perform better at your job. We believe diversity helps drive success, so we want to build a culture where all our differences are celebrated. Everybody should feel that they belong and are able to bring their true, authentic selves to work. We want an organisation that reflects the communities and the people that we serve and if we can achieve this, we know that we will create an environment where everyone is included and can thrive.
