About the role
Are you passionate about delivering the highest possible customer service for residents? Then we want to hear from you. This is a busy role that will see you working across multiple stakeholder groups including residents, colleagues, community groups and local authorities seeking to shape, define and evolve our services.
The overall purpose of the role is to develop, promote and embed resident involvement and insights across Housing and Community Services, working collaboratively with others to put resident involvement and engagement at the centre of JRHT’s approach, enabling residents to have a strong voice and active role in the delivery of JRHT services.
You will be responsible for improving current levels of engagement, reflecting best practice and ensuring that the consumer standard for tenant involvement and empowerment is met. You will utilise resident data and feedback to create a range of options for resident engagement and involvement, in order that residents can truly shape JRHT services.
About you
You will have a demonstrable track record of broad resident engagement experience and the ability to identify and develop effective communication and consultation mechanisms with residents and other stakeholders. Your communication skills will be excellent as will your ability to convey complex information to often non-technical audiences.
You will have excellent planning skills and be able to manage competing deadlines, as well as possessing good analytical ability, as you will be gathering and interpreting data, and presenting your findings to various audiences.
If you have a passion for making a difference then we would love to hear from you.
