The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organised, digital- savvy, that has experience of managing successful digital and software projects. This role will involve servicing a wide range of clients and typical projects will include; web/app design & development, website design & build, social media, content management, hosting, and plenty more.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be expected to:

Develop strong relationships with retained clients
Understand client's business needs, influence client's digital strategy. resulting in new business
Support and collaborate with designers and developers to produce and manage digital collateral which supports our clients
Coordinate with internal and external resources to execute digital and software projects.
Update senior stakeholders with timelines, progress, and costing.
Exceeding client expectations in managing requirements day-to-day, writing proposals and reports.
Managing multiple projects at any given time.
Applying your technical knowledge and experience to create client proposals for digital applications and then follow the journey of the applications through design, development and into the live environment.
Previous experience using DevOps planning tools will be a benefit.
Own workloads, account handling, identifying and growing opportunities with a knack for data and statistics to make sure everything is going to plan.

Being able to multitask is essential as you'll be handling a dynamic and varied workload from a range of client backgrounds.
You'll have a creative head and a heart of commercial logic, solid business acumen and a bellyful of experienced gained either at account executive level in an agency, or in-house.
You'll also be passionate about digital marketing in all its forms. Requirements

3-5 years' experience managing digital and integrated projects and client requests
Knowledge of a variety of CMS platforms / Applications and technologies would be beneficial
Experience and understanding of bridging the gap between client and development teams
Ability to manage the link between external clients and internal/freelance resource - onsite and remote
Focus on effectively managing timelines, budgets, and project planning.
Working understanding of project management tools would be preferred
Based In Watford OR Remote (however prepared to go into office once a week/fortnight.
Salary GBP30k
