Cooper Lomaz is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our client, an Automotive Software Vendor.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Operative to join a fantastic company who have exciting plans for 2021.
Previous experience in a customer focused, telesales environment is required to apply for this role. Its is also essential for you to be fluent in Greek.
Key responsibilities include:
Provides an excellent standard of customer service in local language and English to our regional client base and shows
evidence of designing or implementing successful changes to improve Customer Satisfaction.
Ensures specific Brand service requirements are delivered in accordance to brands strategies and customer service level
agreements.
Participates and conducts Customer meetings and presentations as required.
Follows departmental processes and procedures and maintains required documentation to agreed standards to ensure quality.
Designs and implements departmental processes and procedures including maintenance of required documentation to agreed standards to ensure quality.
Develops and maintains training programs that ensure all required staff are able to offer support to customers at the level required and are competent and fully trained within the expected time scales
Supports and trains dealers and NSC staff on SBS products
Logs customer queries and issues using SBS call logging software and sees them through to resolution achieving SLA
response times.
Communicates with line manager and service team on day to day operational issues to ensure no surprises'.
Liaise with other departments and regions whenever required.
Brings increased efficiencies to the daily operational activities, resulting in increased value for the customer as well as
internal process improvements.
