What you're going to do:
As our NetSuite Administrator you're going to be pivotal to the transformation of our company.
We're transitioning through a change period, part of which is implementing a shiny new system. We need someone who can get us set up, migrated over to NetSuite and continue with the ongoing transformation of our business.
Once the system is live, you'll provide support and training for your future colleagues as well as essential development work to keep us moving ahead. We've never stood still, so even when we're up and running we'll be looking to add new features and integrations that make us more efficient, and we'll need you to make it all happen.
You'll be working closely in a team with our current System Administrator (who's training to be a master in all things NetSuite) and a Project Manager who will be driving us forward. Together you'll be unstoppable (A real "Suite" team, if you will!).
How you're going to do it:
You're going to build our environment from the ground up, it won't be a case of coming into an established system with lots of customisations to figure out. It's a complete clean slate for you to work on.
You'll partner up with every department of the business to learn their processes and workflows and make us work together seamlessly.
You'll create and edit dashboards, reports, workflows, saved searches, & forms to make everything easier for your colleagues. (Make sure they get you a present to say thank you for making their lives better!)
You'll maintain our data to make sure everything remains current and doesn't become obsolete or leads to errors.
At the end of project set-up, you'll help write the training programme, so people know how to use the system effectively.
