Are you a qualified Maintenance Engineer with good knowledge of building systems management? An award-winning company who is one of the UK's largest FM providers as part of a new contract win requires a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join them based in Park Royal. Monday to Friday 7-4/ 8-5, flexibility required to work 1 in 4 weekends on-call for which you get paid!
As Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, reporting into the Working Supervisor you will be working within a healthcare setting on a client site for this FM provider. You will be undertaking all PPM routines and reactive maintenance of Building Services Mechanical and electrical equipment adhering to SLAs.
I would love to speak to anyone who has at least 3 years' experience with a range of skills including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, refrigeration with good working knowledge of Building Systems Management. You will have good knowledge of both planned and reactive maintenance with strong fault finding skills, and good written skills to complete log books with basic IT skills
Qualifications required:
18th Edition IEE regulations
City & Guild Level 3 Electrical Installation 2360 and 2382
Inspection and testing Certificate 2391
Familiarity with NICEIC advantageous You must be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check as part of the process due to the nature of our client.
Salary GBP30k per annum plus excellent benefits as follows:
