Our client is looking for a talented chef to join and strengthen their current team at this pub/restaurant just outside Cambridge
This role would suit an existing Chef de Partie eager to progress or a Junior Sous looking for a change
The business has a busy fresh to table operation with a varied menu of English food using ingredients from local suppliers
Working under the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you'll take full control of the kitchen when they're away.
You'll need to be a talented chef with passion for fresh food. You'll be able to bring the best out in others - and you'll take immense pride in every successful service and High Quality Presentation.
A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role. But we're interested in your personality and potential too - not just your previous experience.
