Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a Leading Manufacturing business based in Doncaster who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to provide support to the internal sales/Quotes team.
The successful candidate will have strong Customer Service experience and have the ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment under pressure. This role will initially start off working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
-Key point of contact for nominated client(s)
-Process client work orders from initial receipt to invoice
-Data entry
-Order processing
-Producing reports and updating KPI's on the internal system
-Dealing with customer queries via telephone and email
-Providing quotations
-Raising invoices
Key Skills:
-Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
-Proven customer services skills/experience in a similar environment
-Good administration skills
-Good numeracy skills
-Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office
-Ability to produce work in progress reports and present management information data
