We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our prestigious client based in the Portsmouth area on a temporary basis.
Monday 31st May 10.00am - 4.00pm
Saturday 5th June 8.30am - 5.00pm
Sunday 13th June 10.00am - 4.00pm
There is potential for the Sunday work to be ongoing for the right person.
Duties:
Being the main point of contact for all visitors
Answering the phone and transferring calls to the correct department
Responding to emails
Ensuring the reception area is presentable at all times
Ensuring refreshment stations are topped up
General admin dutiesFor this role we are looking for a confident Receptionist who is passionate about great customer service!
Skills required:
Excellent customer service skills
Previous reception experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional admin skills and a keen eye for detailYou will be required to work on site for this position - The site is Covid secure and social distancing measures are in place.
