IT Support Engineer, 1st & 2nd Line, Bicester, GBP25,000pa - GBP30,000pa plus benefits:
MARS Recruitment is exclusively recruiting an IT Support Engineer to join a leading European owned organisation based in Bicester. The IT Support Engineer will report into the IT Manager and will play a major role in providing IT operational support across the 25 regional offices around the UK, connected by broadband VPN to their corporate network. This IT Support Engineer role will include periodic visits to these other sites so you will need a car and valid driving licence.

About you:
The successful IT Support Engineer will need solid 1st line & 2nd line IT support experience, ideally covering both remote and desktop support. You will be confident in the setup and support of Windows 10 and associated applications on desktop/laptop hardware. You will have deployed desktop and laptop hardware via SccM and you will supported mobile devices. The ability to setup and support of physical and logical networking, routers, firewalls, switches, cabling, WiFi access points is highly desirable. You will be able to manage user accounts using Active Directory.
