I am looking to recruit Sous Chef 1 x Afternoon shift 2pm to 10pm 1x night shift 10pm to 6am
Create our meals ensuring high quality is reached at all times.
Ensure food is tasted throughout from start to finish to maintain quality
Sign of all relevant paper work
Ensure Team is kept up to date with new products and targets
Ensure all training is given including agency staff and kept up to date
Based on operation plans organise work load and team
