WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

Previous experience in an administrative customer service role is essential

Strong telephone manner and supporting written communication skills

Confidence at a basic level with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and company systems

Strong organisational and time management skills from a similar role

THE DUTIES

Handling incoming calls and queries effetively and passing to the appropriate teams

Pro actively chasing orders and delivery dates for customers

Data entry of received information on the company database

THE CONTRACT

This role has two contracts available, 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday,

Both roles are GBP17.7k over the course of the year.

A temporary position, for a minimum of 12 weeks with the potential of being extended.

A permanent position, available for someone with strong previous experience within a similar role.
