DC Personnel are currently looking to recruit for a Trainee Community Support Advisor based in Leicester city centre, LE1

Our client who provides legal help and advice into the community and aims to help those who need it most on topics such as; Immigration, Housing, Welfare Benefits, Form filling and Debt advice. A Non-for-profit organisation and registered Charity who have been working in Leicester City and helping the community for over 40 years.

This role will be offices based and you must be able to use Microsoft systems such as Word and excel. Any job specific skills, will be taught to you as part of your training.

Working Hours: 9am-5pm. 37 Hours a week.
Starting Salary: GBP19,000 up to GBP23,500 after you have completed your trainee stages

(2)Excellent organisational and administrative skills
(3)Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly
(4)Ability and willingness to work in collaboration with colleagues, volunteers and partner organisations in order to achieve the best outcome for each client
(5)IT competence including the ability to use an electronic case management system
(6)Ability and willingness to work as part of a team
