Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assistant General Manager in the Lake District. With a salary up to GBP28,000 plus bonus and accommodation if required, we are looking for an Assistant General Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintain strong brand standards at all times in a unique, fast paced, up and coming bar and restaurant.

As Assistant General Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
Driving customer service standards in your store's
Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability.
Training, coaching and developing your team.
Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
Achieving store and company KPI's.
Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.Our client's role is the ideal next challenge for a customer service centric and driven manager, you will have experience in opening new sites, driving your team and delivering results.
