Full time - Temp to Perm

GBP9.50ph

Our client based in Newmarket is looking to strengthen their Customer Service team. You will be first point of contact for clients and must ensure all enquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish strong client relationships

• Overseeing and managing client projects to completion

• Liaise with contacts to resolve any issues

• Organising collection and delivery of samples and equipment

• Maintain testing schedules

• Producing reports

• Send out results in a timely manner

• Managing incoming queries via telephone and email

• Other adhoc duties to help the Customer Service department

Skills & Experience:

• Previous customer service experience

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• MS office - intermediate

• Organisational skills

• Ability to work under pressure
