Learning Support Assistant with Team Teach training in a Secondary SEND school in Moseley
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team Teach trained Learning Support Assistant with behavioral and SEMH experience in a secondary SEND school.
The SEND school is for secondary students with Autism, SEMH and challenging behavior. The post requires a strong Learning Support Assistant who can work on a 1:1 basis with a secondary aged pupil with ASC and behavioral needs. This school has talented and passionate Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistant who are flexible, enthusiastic and dedicated to supporting and caring for children and young adults with Special Needs. The team are nurturing, friendly and trusting to the SEND school and the pupils.
To work in this setting you MUST;
- Be comfortable working alongside secondary aged students with Autism, SEMH and challenging behaviour
- Be able to work on a 1:1 basis with a child with ASC, SEMH and challenging behaviour
- Have Team Teach training
You will be part of a great team and able to assist with outdoor activities and support work.
